Creamed Corn Bread

cups buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
1 egg
1 (8-ounce) can creamed corn
In
an 8x8
inch dish, melt 1 stick butter (must be butter). Mix in
bowl the baking mix, egg and creamed corn. Pour mixture
over butter - do nut mix into butter. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares to
serve.
