Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

1 cup buttermilk baking mix
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
3 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 10-ounce package bite-sized peanut butter cup candies

Heat oven to 375 degree. Mix baking mix, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg, water and vanilla until stiff dough forms. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Gently press a candy in center of each. Bake until candies are softened, 2 to 3 minutes longer. Yields 40 cookies.
