Island Vegetables

cups chopped fresh tomatoes, quartered or in eighths
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sliced carrots
8 ounce can water chestnuts, chopped
1 small pkg. frozen pea pods
1 small pkg. frozen french style green beans
Mix above vegetables together and add:
4 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
Mix
well and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Mix when baked
1/2 hour and return to oven to finish baking time.
